txt: About Electrovenice

The Electrovenice Festival was created in 2010, as a brand new idea and concept of the usual summer music festival, where the passion for dance music combines with a unique location, the stunning green area of parco San Giuliano, a perfect, relaxing location to fully enjoy the festival. The first edition was a huge success and now, a year after, the festival is a not to be missed event with a wide fan base.Eclecticism will surely be this 2011 edition’s keyword; Electrovenice is the one and only festival in Italy to offer in a single day the number one talents of the international dance and electro scene, immersed in a perfect set, parco San Giulano, so they can express themselves through a unique performance. The festival becomes a sort of collective ritual, where artists and the crowd really get in touch: the dj is the master of a ceremony where all hearts beat in sync, creating a unique and exceptional sound. By June 18th 2011 this living, pumping heart will beat the whole day long in San Giuliano Park in Venice. With just one edition the Electro Venice Festival has already the status of a cult event and will come back this year with an even more surprising and spectacular cast.

Jónsi – Go Do: when the sound is magic

Jónsi of Sigur Rós has released his solo album, Go.

It happens sometimes to find a musician, an album, a song and think: wonderful! And the video is magic, like Iceland.
[it] Succede ogni tanto di trovare un musicista, un disco, una canzone e di pensare: stupendo! Era un pezzo che non mi capitava. E il video è magico, come l’Islanda.
